Biography
Yiğit Alemdaroğlu focuses his practice on dispute resolution, with particular experience in commercial litigation, enforcement proceedings and debt recovery matters.
He represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of disputes arising from commercial relationships, shareholder conflicts, contractual breaches and financial transactions. Yiğit regularly manages enforcement proceedings and asset recovery processes before enforcement offices and courts, including attachment procedures, objections to enforcement, cancellation of objections and enforcement of court judgments.
Yiğit also assists clients in the strategic management of litigation processes, preparation of procedural submissions and evidence strategies, and coordination of enforcement actions following court decisions and arbitral awards.
His experience includes complex disputes related to corporate governance, shareholder relations and commercial agreements, as well as matters involving the maritime sector and competition law investigations.
