Biography
Mert Yürüten is a senior associate in the dispute resolution practice, focusing on commercial litigation and enforcement proceedings.
He advises and represents clients in disputes arising from commercial contracts, corporate relations and financial transactions. Mert has significant experience in enforcement and debt collection matters, including attachment proceedings, objections to enforcement, cancellation of objections lawsuits and enforcement of domestic court judgments.
He regularly handles enforcement strategies for corporate creditors and financial institutions, coordinating litigation and enforcement processes to ensure effective recovery of claims. Mert is also involved in the preparation of litigation strategies, drafting of procedural documents and representation of clients before courts and enforcement offices.
In addition to his dispute resolution practice, he has experience in matters involving fintech companies, financial crimes investigations and disputes related to customs and tax matters.
