Mrs. Sandıklılı graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University, Faculty of Law, in 2008. Following her graduation, she commenced her professional career by providing legal services in the field of maritime law.
In 2014, she successfully completed her LL.M. in Economic Law and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Maritime Management at Istanbul Technical University.

Her professional experience primarily focuses on financing transactions conducted with leading domestic and international companies, as well as banks and financial institutions.
She has extensive expertise in structuring financing models for yacht and ship sale and purchase transactions, managing due diligence processes, and ensuring the smooth completion of closings.
In addition, she provides legal advisory services in ship management processes (technical, crewing, and commercial operations) and advises companies on flag registration and compliance with international maritime regulations.
She also plays an active role in the design and implementation of compliance programs in line with EU, OFAC, and UK sanctions regimes, and is involved in SPV structuring as well as cross-border tax and operational optimization projects.
Her areas of expertise further include drafting and negotiating large-scale contracts in the energy and maritime sectors, advising on international investments and joint ventures with a focus on risk management, and representing clients in arbitration and litigation in both domestic and international commercial disputes.
