She advises financial institutions and corporate groups on financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance frameworks and regulatory compliance matters.

Before joining OA, Gülbin held senior in‑house legal roles within a major Turkish holding group, where she worked on large‑scale investment projects and corporate governance initiatives.
