Biography

Gizem Şimşek graduated with honors from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2024.

During her university education, she gained practical experience through internships at various law firms and subsequently completed her legal traineeship at OA.

Gizem actively supports the team across a broad range of practice areas, particularly employment law, corporate law, litigation and dispute resolution. She is involved in drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing case files and compiling legal documentation for contentious matters.

She conducts comprehensive legal research and contributes to the preparation of legal memoranda, opinions and transaction documents in connection with corporate and commercial matters. She also participates in legal due diligence processes, monitors legislative developments and relevant case law, and assists clients with compliance matters.

In both advisory and contentious matters, Gizem adopts a detail-oriented and solution-oriented approach, contributing to client communications and coordinating procedural steps before judicial and administrative authorities.
