Biography

Ecem Zengin graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2023.

Ecem supports the team in various areas of law, particularly corporate law, intellectual property law, data protection and privacy, and real estate law. She also contributes to employment law matters, litigation and dispute resolution.

Her practice involves preparing and reviewing legal documentation required for corporate and commercial transactions, as well as conducting legal research and translating various legal documents.

She is actively involved in intellectual property matters and participates in mergers and acquisitions transactions, providing legal support throughout the relevant processes.
