Mrs. Zengin supports the team in relation to different areas of law, including, but not limited to, corporate, intellectual property, data privacy & protection and real estate. employment law, litigation and dispute resolution issues.
Mrs. Zengin conducts research and translation of all kinds of legal documents and carries out all kinds of document preparation activities necessary for the execution of corporate and commercial transactions.
She actively takes part in intellectual property law matters whereas she participates in all M&A transactions.
