Mrs. Aybıyıklı graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2010 and got her master’s degree in economy law at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2014. She started her career in 2010 in a reputable law firm in Istanbul. Before joining our law firm in 2022, she worked as an associate in the law department of one of the Big Four accounting firms as well as at the corporate and M&A law department of a top-tier law firm based in Istanbul. She is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.

Mrs. Aybıyıklı has been involved in various mergers and acquisitions transactions across a wide range of sectors and advised local and multinational clients on their joint ventures. She actively takes part in due diligence processes, drafting and negotiation of share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders and joint venture agreements as well as other ancillary documents relevant to M&A transactions or foreign investments.
She also regularly advises domestic and multinational clients on corporate and commercial matters for their day-to-day activities including drafting, revision and negotiation of their various types of contracts and their corporate maintenance work.
